Hi everyone. Just thought you would like to know that I have been following all of the advice you have given me and it's helping me tremendously. Not one cig since the last time I posted. I feel great! I am staying positive, the cravings aren't bothering me as much, I'm chewing sugarfree gum, and I even started to eat healthier and I will begin a new exercise program. This is the best group I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I'll keep you posted on my progress. I know I'm gonna make it! I feel very confident. I'm looking forward to achieving my biggest goal. My boyfriend has decided that after my first 6 months of being smoke free, he will reward me by taking my son and I to Splash Lagoon. Big hugs to all of you and thank you again. I'll talk to all of you soon. - LORI :)

doesnt it feel wonderful. but, keep your guard up, because you still will get those cravings. really strong ones. just keep reminding yourself why you quit in the first place, and hang on tight. it only gets better
