Day ten of my quit and still no over whelming urge to smoke. I keep waiting on an urge to light up and it hasn't happened. I keep reading everyones post and I live in fear of a sneak attack.
I stay busy......today I'm turning all my lovely crystal asktrays into container candles. They will make lovely deck candles for the summer. How cool is that?
Huny dont live in fear.
When you smoked you should have feared a slow painful death right!
Not now!

No need to live in terror of some massive crave attack. Be on guard & have your quit plan & tools at forefront yes, but some people just do not crave after quitting. They may have passing thoughts and that's about it. You may just simply be that kind of quitter.
And I like your candle holder idea. But I was one that had to throw the ashtrays out as I couldn't handle seeing anything to do with smoking! We are all alike and yet different in some respects.
Hang in there,

Huny,
Very creative! You may be one of the lucky individuals that do not receive many craves. Yes, keep prepared, but don't go looking for them :)
