Cali, I too had the problem with eating and sleeping. I got sleeping pills and that helped. You start to get your appetite back slowly. Its funny most people gain weight and I lost it. Cali, I hear you on the sleep thing completely. Same boat. I went with medication for it. Kinda funny, no meds for quitting just meds for the side effects! Dumb right? Anyway, I'm getting better at sleeping now that more times gone by. So hang in there and be tough! Smoking is tacky

That white powdery substance you stuck your tongue in probably has something to do with that tingling! :eg: Just kidding. Never had a tingling tongue.......... Congratulations on those 2 days! Cali, The tingling in your tongue may be due to your body adjusting to increased blood flow. If symptoms persist, worsen or are accompanied by other symptoms, please consult your doctor. Danielle _____________________ The SSC Support Team

no tingling tongue here, but mine is getting pinker everyday. my hands and feet tinged though, but finally stopped. i think it is because i have more oxygen flowing through my blood. this is good!!!!!
