My biggest trigger is the telephone. Its always been pretty loud in my house, so when someone calls, or I call someone, I used to go out for a smoke. I smoked on the small deck off the dining room, and now, whenever I'm upstairs, I can see my "smoking haven". Needless to say, I'm spending a lot more time in my basement. Its actually a good thing, b/c we just moved here in nov. and still have quite of boxes to get to in the basement. :) And the kitchen/lounge/bedrooms..ect. stay TIDY!!
Now that the weather is getting sooo nice... Instead taking and making phone calls my "smoking haven" I sit in the bench swing, thats outside another door. And grab a drink of some kind....Then both of my hands are being used, and I don't think of it so much..
