Helix: Has anyone else experienced the same thing? If so, what did you do to get through them?
----------
Yes, I had similar problems in the first 3 months of my quit. I mainly used an NRT inhaler to cope with those "standard" craves. In addition, I used small pieces of NRT lozenge 2 mg (I cut the lozenge into quarters) when the craving became unbearably strong ("super" craves, as you wrote).
I don't use the NRT lozenge anymore, but I still keep the NRT inhaler, as my last line of defence, to cope with moments of craving (although I don't often use the inhaler), even after 37 weeks!
Cheers,
nmc
