Hi people,
If you quit smoking, in the beginning it give a few rough days sometimes even weeks or months. After that what is left: Your thoughts about it.
If you think about quitting and you think it's hard: It will be hard. If you see it for what it really is: It's not so hard at all.
Try to see it as getting out of a bad relationship, in the beginning you miss it, after a while you are happy you are out of it.
Some people love to dwell on and on but what is there to dwell on? The smell? The stains? The chance of getting a terrible disease? A cigaret is nothing else than a piece of paper with terrible poisons in it. A cigaret can never be a friend, it is a THING that kills people. (A person or an animal can be a friend, a thing can't)
Quitting smoking is such a good thing, in fact it's the most positive thing ever. You get healtier and you get less wrinkles....
I know the addiction can put strange thoughts in someones mind, but if you think about it in a positive way, you do yourself a big favor. Don't speak about "Nicodemon", that are your own thoughts, you make yourself think that thoughts, no-one else can.
This worked for me and maybe someone in the beginning of the quit can use this.
Good luck.
