Hey Seamus. I wouldn't use the word lethargic, but I sure have noticed that I feel more likely to excercise now that I am not smoking. Nicotine is a stimulant. It felt like I had more energy when I was smoking, but it was just the effect of the drug!
We have more oxygen in our bodies now, that will givre us more energy as we move along our quit!
NOPE

Smoking, for me, was a stimulant... It was really like speed...
One thing I learned in the quit proess, in fact -was to slow down.

I read somewhere that smoking makes people lethargic. Is this true? Has anyone found this to be true for themselves since they have quit?
Just curious.....
