As I get farther into this, I am identifying some more specific triggers and would like to have them in my glove compartment, as well as add some of the suggestions for coping with them. I can't figure out how to add them. Can someone help me with this please?
Also, I have seen others mention their "Quit Journal" Is there a format provided here, or something people are doing on their own?

Aloha - Great Question! I've been wanting to edit stuff in my workbook & glove compartment too! When you click on "change my personal profile" (the blue icon in upper right corner) - it only allows you to edit a few things.
