Does anybody remember a post back in earlier 2006, maybe April or May, that had stuff like things to do to help cravings. It had a graphic for every one of the 'things' to do.
It was a wonderful post, and offered many ideas. There are a few people here now that could use it. Whoever did that original post put a lot of work into it.
I searched for every key word I could think of, but nothing comes up. I was just wondering if anyone remembers a post similar to that one?
