Hi everyone, i have done alot of reading and learning about this horrible addiction. This word ESCAPE has really stuck with me, I have imagined myself in a 6'x 6' cell doing anything and everything to escape, this is how i see my QUIT, i will do anything in my power to ESCAPE from this PRISON.
Only i have the key, i only have to escape once then i am FREE...the second stage is asimilating myself back into society as a NON SMOKER, a learning process, i treat my craves for what they are my brain having a tizzy fit just like a spoiled child because it wants its fix. Every day added to my meter is a day closer to FREEDOM...all the best jeanigirl
