Speeking of those female horemones.. In case any women reading this - quit, and then began loosing their hair, getting acne, and having "monthly issues", please talk to your doctor about P.C.O.S.. I was having so many symptoms and I didn't even know that syndrome existed. Now that I am being treeted properly my diabetes is getting under control, my face is clearing, my anxiety is subsiding, and I feel so much better.
Not much is known about it, but instead of starting smoking again, just know that there is help for it.. OK? Most likely, in my case anyhow, the stress of quitting smoking sent me into this.
