Last night everything came to a head....I was so upset. I honestly thought "To he** with it...I have worked so hard to quit smoking and get fit and my life sucks!" I started a post and erased it.
The one thing that stopped me is that I knew that I had the mini-triathalon today. I have been training so hard for it and I thought "If you are going to give up, at least wait until after the mini-triathalon"
Well - I did it! My first mini-triathalon and I did my best at all 3 events! I had worked so hard and I was so proud of myself. I was just a couple minutes behind a lady who does REAL triathalons.
Soooooo....I went from being devastated and ready to throw in the hat to being exhilarated. All the problems haven't been solved but right now I feel good and my quit is strong again.

My darling Windy -
You never know what's around the corner, do you? You went from despair to exhilaration in less than a week. Thank goodness you didn't cave in to the Nicodemon. You beat him too, honey!!
Good on yer! Proud of you!
