Right you are Angelcapp!
The difference between winners and losers is that winners are willing to do the work to get the results, losers are not.
You are a winner! Those 35 days on your quit meter prove that!
One day at a time, one step at a time.
You are changing the stumbling blocks into stepping stones!
Way to go! :p

I think I have a new perspective on this. When I wanted to loose weight I made a goal of say 10 lbs. and then another 10 lbs. until I was done with the weight i wanted to loose. I think I'll try that with the cigs. My first goal was hit (30 days), my next goal will be 60 days, I am at 35 right now, so all I need is 25 more. As soon as I hit 60 I will change my goal to 80 days and so on and so on. 24 days does not seem so hard to handle. Little goals at a time. Before you know it, i'll be there!
