Quitting is a process.
People stumble.
There is never a good time to quit.

Reasons???? Does a smoker need a reason? Not trying to be smart but there was no GOOD reason if you know what I mean. I wasn't fully committed. I was weak. I lost my motivation. The time wasn't right? I missed my crutch. I wanted to smoke. It was a holiday weekend. I was bored. All of the usual garbage! Anyway here's a laugh.....after 4 cigarettes, I threw up big time. I was so ill you would not believe it. Did that discourage me? Well yes, for a whole day. I did not smoke the following day. Did not want to. Felt I had the hangover from hell. Next day well I persevered (death wish complex) and here I am .....a smoker once again.
Lesson.....Don't smoke. Not one puff ever.
This trip for me was very difficult. I don't know why. Maybe somewhere deep inside I am contrary.
Anyway I am going to have another go. This time I plan to succeed no matter how painful the process. I will check in from time to time to see how everyone is doing. Bless you all in this journey.
Finally, do not be tempted.....they are not what they seem. They taste lousy and make you feel even worse. I feel as though I am back in the spider's web. Don't worry I will get out!

We go on holiday on 5/5 and I return on 26/5. I will be back after the holidays.
