I just wanted to say first off, this site helped me out in a HUGE WAY through my quit and Im not sure if I could have gotten through the begininng stages with out the continued support of the members and support specialists.. I have gone almost 3 months smoke-free and I have realized that coming to this site is a constant smoking reminder for me. I just find it alot easier to get through the days if I do not come here.. The days when I dont come here are alot easier then the days when I log on and read so that is why I've decided to stop reading/posting here.. I gotta protect my quit and coming here and reading about smoking makes it harder for me to have "no crave days"..
I mean, I will come back every so often and try and support others like they have done for me but for day-to-day, me leaving the site just makes it SOOOOOOOOOO much easier for meand I gotta do what is best for me..
I wish everyone continued sucsess and to the new quitters you really CAN DO THIS..
Just remember, when you are stressed out that cigarette isnt going to do anything for you, it won't make you feel better it will only make you feel WORSE and adds to your stress level.. That cigarette will NOT change anything about your stressful situation.. After that evil cigarette is smoked and butted out your still stuck with your hard time (whatever they maybe be) Its not going to make ANYTHING better, it doesn't change A THING.. NOTHING!!!!!! SO just put that evil nicodemon down, he is your number 1 enemy!!!
Thanks again everyone, SINCERELY, from the bottom of my heart..
