Thats cool! I just reread my post and apart from the appalling grammar (lol), I pretty much said "youll be right, theres nothing to worry about!" I didnt mean that at all so I hope i didnt come across that way. In my opinon non-sufferers arent allowed to say that to sufferers as it demonstrates a lack of understanding. But if one sufferer (like me) says it to another sufferer (like you) then its ok, its being supportive. I hope this thought makes you smile as much as it made me smile. Trying to be all politically correct here. Its kind of like racism or any other discrimination issue - like an african american guy can call another african american guy brother, but a white guy cant.. Anyone Ill just shut up now :)

Thanks Chimpmaster for replying too more then one of my posts, I appreciate it, I know I shouldn't get myself worked up about the situation Iknow it is silly since I have flown almost all my life and just because I have the panic I am worrying, I have my emergency pills if I get into a bind( Lorazepam) but I am going to try and handle it on my own and buy a good book and I think buy a journal and put my thoughts down on paper that always seemed to help before. Going to try my best. Thanks again very helpful and encouraging!

There there jeniifer! The last thing you want to do is build yourself up to panic on the plane. Do you have a specific phobia of flying? Flying is really easy - all you have to do is set there in the chair and enjoy the service. I know that sounds easy but in the end its true. You need to keep really positive about flying prior to the experience, and remember that often what makes you have that panic attack is all of the fearful and anxious build up to the event prior. Ive read some of your posts here and it sounds like you are generally really positive and doing really well. Keep it up! This plane trip is no different to any other challenges you have had to face. In fact its probably one of the easy ones. Just like catching a bus now a days :) Which meds are you taking (if any?) Also you might want to consider doing something on the flight that you enjoy and relaxes you, like listening to a favourite album, reading a book you love etc. That can really help.
