Hi Sparky, I remember you. I quit in March 06 and when it was a year thought I could have one to celebrate. Wrong!! One led to a few more and I was back at it for a few weeks. I got the patch for awhile and been just cold turkey and welbutrin which I have to quit as it makes me depressed so talked to Dr. today and that is a reaction to some people. We can do this! This is our final quit. Remember N.O.P.E. :)
