Congratulations Dexter - great job on being smoke free for 7 days! You should be proud, I know it wasn't easy!
Remember to drink lots of fluids and reward yourself for what you have accomplished.
Humidity? Why you must be in the South where it is now summertime! My poor dog's tongue was hanging out and we were both dripping after our walk this morning!
Keep up the great work Dexter, you can do it!

Oh my goodness never thought I would go this far, but it does seems the cravings are getting worse Prayed about it on my morning dog walk & medation got a little wet on the way back. Then went to here when I got home. Reading the duffisisms when the craving hit, if cravings are still there go to walk the dog again, then take wasrm shower so humid here hot shower not good. Then's is back to hear.
Thank y'all
John
