Played golf yesterday and got hooked up in a cart with a smoker. Him smoking did not bother me, that was easy to deal with. It was the stench that got me. Even though we were out in the open, when the wind blew the right way as he exhaled, disgusting.
Now I feel bad to the people I did that to. I figured since we were outside it shouldn't bother anyone. Boy was I wrong.
Although the amusing part was I got to see myself in him with the way he smoked, it followed my pattern last year when I smoked. Hit a good shot - reward myself with a smoke, hit a bad shot - calm myself with a smoke.
Anyway, even though we were outside I coulnd't wait to get home and get the clothes of me as I could smell it on my clothes on my way home in the car.
Another lesson learned in this journey.
