Good going John!!! Keep up the good work!!! I'm right with you. I'm on day 10 now! So, hard to believe, but I am actually doing it! (and my DH) Few cravings here and there, but they only last for about 5sec. or so and then they are gone. Always have some sugar free candies with you, those help ALOT! The only time I really miss a smoke is after dinner, but I get my sneakers on and take the dog for a walk, and it soon passes. Isn't great being a non-smoker? I love it!!
