As the nice weather has arrived, so have the odd craving. It has been easy to forget what a slave I was to my addiction. I just finished working with a family until 7 p.m. They are a nice family and I would have been very uncomfortable smoking in front of them....As a result, I would have been DYING by about 7 p.m. As I drove home, I thought about how nice it was to be free of my addiction.
Tomorrow, I am going away with my sisters. As always, they have booked non-smoking motel rooms BUT this time I don't have to worry about when and where I will smoke...I won't have to travel up and down the elevator every 15-30 minutes and chain smoke 2 cigarettes in a row because I AM A NON-SMOKER!!
Wooweeee! Freedom is good!
