In our efforts to beat the nicotine addiction, we face many challenges as our life styles, thinking, and habits change. Along the way we begin to develop a resolve that will lead us to success. There is indeed so much help along the way, not just here at the SSC but the world at large if we seek it. I post some different things from time to time and when I run across something that I feel will assist this forum in self awareness. Here is a quote from a source that may surprise you.
[quote]
Somehow I can't believe that there are any heights that can't be scaled by a man who knows the secrets of making dreams come true. This special secret - curiosity, confidence, courage, and constancy, and the greatest of all is confidence. When you believe in a thing, believe in it all the way, implicitly and unquestionably. Walt Disney
