Started a new job.

Hi Guys, I have started a new job and I just wanted to know if anyone was scared of verbalising their obsessive thoughts out loud when talking to people and how to deal with this. As I speak with customers over the phone work can be scarey. I have even problems with writing emails and even this post. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. I must say in general I am feeling alot better and have been driving and going to the pub for drinks with friends, so really i can't complain. I have been taking Zoloft for about four weeks gradually increasing the dose. It's just these horrible thoughts. I know that it's not true it's just scarey. Anyway hope to hear your ideas on this issue. Cheers and keep smiling. :p
