Ok members,
We have taken into consideration lots of ideas and have upgraded the site once again with some exciting new features!
Please make sure you take the time to navigate through them and get yourself comfortable with the changes. If you have any questions or concerns, please forward to our team, via feedback and we will be happy to assist you :)
When you go into "View Support Group" pick a forum and threads will appear. When you hit the word "discussion" at the top it will resume in alphabetical order or most recent. Some thread titles have spaces so this may show up before the right order.
Click "posted by" and view the members in alphabetical order,
Click "Views" and the top number views will show up,
Click "replies" and the top number of replies will show up,
Click "last post" and the last posted thread will be at the top.
Best for last.. when entering a thread, you can click "message date" in the top left hand corner and you will be able to review the thread from the original post or from the last post!
