Great stuff, Stickin. On another site, they say that if you decide to put a cigarette into your mouth, you may as well put the whole pack in your mouth and light it, because there is no such thing as smoking one.
All of us who have tried to quit have experienced these junkie lies: I'm far enough along now. I can handle just one. Just one will make me feel better. Just one will make me happy again.
If you think you want to smoke just one, ask yourself if you are willing to go back to your former level of consumption, because that is what will happen.
So you are right, let your mind and body heal. Put the smoking memories to rest.
