Hi, I want to stop and I need to stop. I had a chest xray last week and I am showing signs of copd. I will do what I have to do to stop now. Before all my xrays have never shown a problem. So I now know I have to stop. I think finding this is going to be a big help for me.

I have never done it and don't know much about it, but others have tried it with some success, so I hope it works for you too! The one thing I DO know is that no matter what method you use, YOU have to provide the desire and determination to quit. Please, look through this site and post as much as you can! I have not stopped smoking as of yet. I am going to go get laser treatment that they says helps you to stop smoking. I found this site with a link for the Laser center. I was wondering if any of you had done the laser treatment and if so how it worked for you.
