Has anyone done it? I don't mean going back to smoking, that's not a backslide, it's a relapse. But going back to whatever aid you used to quit smoking in the first place before you start smoking. For instance, before you light up that cig, pop on a patch even if you stopped wearing the patch already.
If these craves do not end, and end fairly quickly I'm contemplating a backslide. I can't live like this, nor be expected by anyone to put up with these intense cravings. Not after this long smoke free.
