Thanx for the tip Ill see if it works soon but now that you mention it the rubber band idea makes really good sense.If you have any other tips on how you cope let me know.

I have a similar problem only it's not throwing up, it's going to the bathroom. My anxiety makes me have a very nervous stomach, which makes me have to go to the bathroom and I worry about this all the time, especially when I have to go out somewhere. I have found that medication definitely helps. If you aren't currently on medication, a discussion about this with your doctor might be a good idea. I also try to redirect my thoughts.....a tip I got on this site which has proven helpful is....I have a rubber band on my wrist and when I get those "anxious thoughts" I snap it....the result is that my thoughts are immediately redirected (at least for a moment...and sometimes that's all we need). I also know ALL the bathroom between my home and 150 miles from here .....lol........we do what we have to do to survive! Good luck and let me know how you make out!

Weird question but I am constantly worrying about throwing up all the time, Does anyone else think about this as much as I do? I especially feel sick after eating a meal and then of course having to go somewhere where I get anxious which could be anywhere, I never really know. If anyone experiences this let me know. And if you do how do you cope with it???
