Your post got me thinking bear,
Me too. There really is some better habits that have taken place. Infact.... I didn't even know they became habits till I thought about this. I guess a habit is something you miss if you don't do it...rigth?
So... I now eat or drink a protien drink every morning. I also walk once or twice a day....everyday.....I am much more choosy about what I eat...(barring Hershey chocolate bars)....and I take a multi vitimin and B complex daily.
HMMMM.... I wonder what other good habit I can start.
Great post bear
Mercy

Bear,
Good for you! Quitting smoking changes everything! I went to the dentist yesterday for a regular cleaning and it only took half the time that it used to. The hygienist said I had very little staining (compared to heavy staining when smoking)! That really meant a lot to me! I absolutely abhor the dentists' office and everything that goes on there! So the less time I spend in that atmosphere, THE BETTER! Anyway, benefits of quitting are popping up everywhere. Ain't it GREAT!!! Take good care of yourself Bear and let's just sit back and enjoy all the benefits of no longer smoking!
Debbie :)

I have had gout they call it the rich mans disease.Rich I'm not but I realy like playing the roll. :p As a result of quitting smoking and the suggestion to drink lots of water, which I have adopted the habit to do religiously, I have reduced my chances of getting gout.My doctor and my pharmacist think I,m wonderful no smoking no gout killed 2 birds with 1 stone. :)
