Right, last post for me for a day or two. Tomorrow I am in Winchester (the capital of England before London). Last time I was there as a closet smoker and now I am going as a non smoker. No more popping into pubs hiding from my mum or dad trying to drag on a cig and then popping mints like crazy. Triggers? Yes there will be some. Smoke? Not a chance. Aloha, I'm probably way late but am on IM now. Normally you'll find me around and checking regularly but because I have two days holiday I haven't been around here too much. Its a tester to see if I could handle two weeks of holiday without smoking. :) Glad you are getting out there. Don't worry I am sure that surfboard will get utilised at some point. Hi Pat, Aloha, and joyful, You guys are good on keeping track of me :) Pat, just for you, the photo is back! Thanks for the promise too. You know this could be a healthy trend! I found out this weekend that it is no good, I have to feed my addiction .... ... to writing on this thread :) I like to let you know how life is in deepest darkest England where we tend to worship giant glowing orbs (the sun). Well lets see. Right now my quit buddy is at a music festival called the green man festival. A bit like Glastonbury for old people :) Festivals of any kind would be a major trigger for me to smoke. Even thinking about them does that :) I have faith that my buddy will come back smoke free though. I decided that the best way was listening to it via the internet. Been out doing some fast walking, 1 hr in the pouring rain. But had my headphones on so powered through it. Probably much nicer elsewhere. But it is festival week. Never book holiday during Glasto or V festival, it will pour down all weekend! So hows my favourite peeps? Come on I wanna hear about your weekend too. Anything nice and happy to cheer Phil up is good too :) Smiley faces for everyone :) :) :) So now I shall make a festival CD frr when my buddy gets back, 'cos I am nice like that.
