This is a NON SMOKING site, it is for people who have quit smoking, it is NOT a chat room for those who are smoking!!! I find it offensive when members go back to smoking and don't leave the site until they are ready to quit again, meanwhile the rest of us are fighting to stay quit. I have asked others who slipped to come back when they are ready without anyone taking offense.
If you have slipped and need help, ask for help, we don't need to hear how the cigarette tasted or all the gorey details, tell us how we can avoid slipping ourselves.
Perhaps the Mods suggestion of:
"Take what you need and leave the rest!" need to be remembered.
We are all adults here and yes some of us are very emotional in their first weeks of quitting, and should think before we speak. It has become very negtive around here with all the pity parties!
Support is supposed to be POSITIVE, not negative!
