Yesterday,
Breakfast: NONE
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich, tomato slices
Dinner: leftover chicken, broccoli, carrots
Snacks/other:
sugar cookies (8) my daughter baked them... I couldn't say no... shhhh you try saying no to her! LOL
Swedish berries (haven't thrown them out yet *SIGH*)
3 bottles water
2 glasses milk
1 glass koolaid
3 cups tea
Excercise: None... although I had to run less than 1/2 a block to catch a bus and was surprised to find that I could do it and still breathe!
Other than housework, and yard work, and walking, I will not be doing much exercise until I see my Doc. I've had some major health problems for the past 20 years, that although they are now under control, the body is still adjusting, so the Doc needs to be in on any changes to exercise routines. My plan is to start walking every morning (once the kids are back in school), and then when the Doc okay's more, I will add more to my daily schedule.
MY GOAL: Lose 15 to 20 lbs
