yesterday:
ate 6 tomatoes cherry ones, 4 slices of mango, handful of nuts.
Supper: sirloin burger on wheat bun, table spoon of potatoe salad, tomatoe on burger. all day meal
excerise: ride stationary bike, work out with weights, sit ups etc. takes about an hr. then did my eve. walk about a half hr. have cut back some on the walks since it is so hot here but I also jump rope and added walking up and down my basement stairs, usually I walk three or four times a day.
Now answer me this I do pretty much like this every day, so why have I gained almost 10 lbs. and all around the middle???????
Is so upsetting!!!!!!!! but I won't give up, excersing and will never smoke again. I wa so skinney when I smoked and loved that but sure not the smoking. alot of adjusting for me.
