Doodles, I'm certainly still eating more than I should, or perhaps more often which adds up to the same thing. It's that noon meal that is my worst, it's always some sort of fast food delivered to my work station.
I still cant get myself to get a salad every day but have totally eliminated the fries or onion rings. No more cheese on the burgers, that crap isn't really cheese anyway. I know I should pack a healthy lunch but Che'Greger is not on duty in the morning and refuses to pack lunches.
Most things in my kitchen require preparation, I will (almost) never buy prepared foods. I keep lots of fruits on hand, grapes, bananas, mangoes, papayas so a sweet snack is easy and healthy or a smoothy can be made quickly. For a salty snack there are always olives and real, usually imported cheeses, add some crusty bread and a glass of wine and a meal is ready in seconds. Granola bars, some healthy and some not, have become a favorite for portable snacks or just something to munch on before bed, or, uh, if you have to get back out of bed to feed that odd craving for *something, just not a smoke*
