Thanks, Josie. I think I'll do that. Now I've just got to get off the couch and into the bed... I've got to climb up the stairs to do this. You got it. I'd be lying down anyway. lol! I just don't want to smoke. Its not just about being sick, either. So, lets commence with the healing! :) ttin.

Ttin,
Why not lay down!
It is good for your body and it will help it heal. Take you time and relax yourself. Your body and mind are changing and healing :)

No sleep disorders. Just a head and chest cold that sucks the life right out of you! lol. Really though, its better than letting the cigs continue to do that! :) ttin.

you lay down and rest anytime you feel the need. Your body is healing. But the way you describe it, it is so funny. Glad to see you.

Thats what I call it anyway. I always get this when I quit. I've seen that many here do too. I just want to lay down everywhere.
Walk to the kitchen: lay down. Climb the stairs: lay down. Fold the towels: lay down. It isn't any fun, but I know it will pass.
I think I'll go unearth my peppermint tea. It'll probably take me awhile, as I'll have to lay down somewhere on the way... ;).
Hope everyone is having a good day! :)ttin.
