Ellie, it is very "normal" to experience highs and lows with anxiety. There are times when I can travel with almost no problem at all and then for no reason the next day I can't go anywhere but work and back home. I find that if I just accept that this is the way it is it passes quickly. When I start to fret about it and beat myself up then it drags on. I know you probably have hear this before but it really works that way for me. Rachele

Why is it for a few weeks you can feel not to bad that you can manage to go out with the help of someone and then suddenly you feel either too nausious or to anxious to go out, this is really starting to get me down again. Can anybody relate to what i am going through. I have aready started to go to anxiety management but the thought of going gives me great chest pains and numbness in my legs. This was my first time to anxiety classes.
