hello i feel happy that you feel better :) like you i'm not under any medication i was but not know!! i just i'm try to deal this anxiety and panic attacks without medications like you i feel sometimes the whole day weird some days are worse that others!! i was 4 times in emergencies and had all the illnes that you can find in the medical dictionary, brain tumor, parkinson,lung cancer, going insane,etc.etc.etc i guess what??at the end was THIS STUPID ANXIETY!!!!is not easy deal with this dishorder 'cause this illnes have 100 faces!!!! one day you see ( feel)one face (symptoms)other days see other!!! but you know many and many people have defeat this dishorder so WHY NOT US?????? we must be keep going if we stop the result will be more anxiuos days... is nice to know that you are fealing better keep fighting!!!! Thank you so much for the support! I wasn't able to log into the website until today! YOur support and kindness truly mean the world to me. I am doing better, I am really trying to take the wonderful advice I get on here without letting this panic get to me too much. I feel anxious even as I write this..
No I am not on any meds, I am in therapy though. I'm afraid to take meds. I panic every day this time of day.. do you guys have that? Where its like your body is on a schedule.. weird.. anyway, just wanted to say THANK YOU again and send big hugs your way. I hope this message finds you both in good spirits and hopefully anxiety free at least today if anything :-)

As hard as it is the best thing you can do is DO something. Take a walk, wash dishes, do laundry---something physical to get your mind redirected and off of the panic. The more you think about it the worse it gets---at least that's how it is for me. Distracting the mind is one of the ways I cope when panic hits.
Are you taking any medicines to help you? Have you seen a Dr.? There are things that can be done to help lessen your symptoms.

try to relax !!! I know is difficult when you are with the Anxiety 100% but try to think is just a panic attack and you are going to be ok!!! try to do something in your house like use the vaccun or clean the dishes!!! do something!!! whem you are a little relax try to talk with somebody ( friends or family) you know i never have that kind of symptom but a friend of my she said one time feel like you said like was closed to explote!!!! so... think is just a anxiety or panic attack!! i hope you will feel better!!!
I panic day this time of time. I twitch horrible and click my wrist over and over.. its scary and I cant talk, I shut my eyes tight and feel like I am going to explode.. my body feels really really twitchy.. any conforting thoughts? I am even having feelings I have never had today...!!!
