To answer Q1 since Tresa didn't ask a question: I think a slip is one event whatever the event may be, a cigarette, a drag, four cigarettes in a row, whatever. A relapse, to me, would be continuing to repeat the slip. Q5: When did you begin to really notice changes in your health? A3) As long as you feel the need to reward yourself. When there is a milestone completed. Reward yourself especially instead of having that cigarette you used to have as a reward for completing something. Q4) When do/did you think of yourself as a non smoker? This could be a raging success or a lead balloon. There's only one way to find out. :) Its called the Q&A game. The idea is : If you were to write a quitters question and answer sheet of the most useful things to ask and know during a quit, what would they be? The rules are : You have to answer the previous question and ask another. Q1, A1, Q2, A2 etc This way, if two are writing at the same time, you know which answer they are writing to which question. Some questions can be easy to answer and some more difficult. Most will have more than one answer. I'm sure even some oldies have questions they wished they asked when they were starting thier quit :) So, me to start. Hopefully I get to answer some too later! ______ Q1) How many cigarettes constitute a slip compared to a relapse?
