It varies, Wazz. Most people feel they're back on the road to normal (unless they didn't start out that way) after the first week & really feel better after 2. That's why hell week & heck week.

It might be sleep, it might be a good cry or a temper tantrum, it might be chocolate, whatever. Be good to yourself, be patient with yourself, & be proud of yourself.
