Lots of great advice! Yes, your body is healing and it will take some time. Nap if you need to and give your body the healing time it needs. If things do not settle down after a couple of days, check with your doctor, to rule out anything medical :) Josie, Support Specialist

It varies, Wazz. Most people feel they're back on the road to normal (unless they didn't start out that way) after the first week & really feel better after 2. That's why hell week & heck week. Anna might be a nutbar but she's a nutbar who's been doing this for over 300 days, & she's right. The junkie will try to tell you you need a fix. Listen to what your body tells you, that's what you really need. It might be sleep, it might be a good cry or a temper tantrum, it might be chocolate, whatever. Be good to yourself, be patient with yourself, & be proud of yourself. You're doing a really hard thing, hang in. It's worth it. You body is healing. You have been poisoning it for so long, it has to recoperate! Try to do whatever your body tells you to do. Just don't smoke! Drink lots of water, sleep, stay busy, whatever you desire. I replaced smoking with mints, then I was addicted to them. Figured I could buy some new teeth! How long does the in and out feeling last. I also have ambition that may last as long as 10 seconds. I want to take alot of naps also. I know this is normal but any idea how long this will be like this.
