Hello my fellow November quitters! Hope you all had a wonderful New Year's and are looking forward to a great 2008! Isn't it nice to be a non-smoker? Just wanted to check in with you and let you know that I did amazing over the holidays and over my New Year's celebrations. I had some cravings but my body and mind knew that I didn't really want to smoke so I over came those nasty little cravings.
Hope youre doing well and had a successful smoke free New Year.
Have a great rest of the week!
