hi everyone. just to let you know that after such a bad day yesterday, i'm still here and nicotine free. i'm so glad i had the inhalator as a back up otherwise it would have been a cigarette i picked up. i would have been sorry today if i had started again yesterday. i read somewhere on here today that day 5 is often the most difficult one. guess what, yesterday was day 5 for me. can't believe i'm nearly through hell week. i had very little confidence in myself about giving up smoking. getting through today will only make me stronger tomorrow. thanx to everyone who has helped me get this far. tina
