Oh yes Todash! Those nasty little triggers, many we are aware of and some sneak up from behind and kick us in the rear. We don�t know about some of them, until there we are, in the situation, in trigger alley. I was painting the inside of our place and hadn�t painted in several years and low and behold the fumes from the latex paint caused a stir. I was taken back and I said, Oh really! The next day I painted again and at the end of that day I realized, no stir.
It is at though there is some unwritten rule that we experience each trigger a minimum of once, no matter how seldom the trigger came about when we were smokers. The good part is with practice, TIME and devotion, all key elements, those triggers become non-issues, as though they never existed. That is the best part of �And it gets better and better and better! So Todash, you have run the test of time, stick to it. The whole enchilada is waiting for you! What is your favorite?
