Hiya Mystified. To get to the workbook, you login first. Then you go to your session diary page. There shoul be a Titel in big bold letters saying Mystified's session diary. Then under that there will be today's date, then under that there will be a link called Continue with program(or whatever the link is called when you are just starting). That link will enable you to get to your workbook. Hope this helps! The sopport specialists should be able to hep you out better then me lol. Basically it would look something like this: Mystyfied's Session Diary Today's Date: Thursday, October 25, 2007 Continue with program (or whatever the link is called when you are just starting)

Hi I am Mystified and i have been battling with panic/anxiety disorder for many years now and have recently had a release after 4 yrs of no attacks. It's back to the drawling board and starting over again. I just started session 1 and it talks about a workbook where do you find it? my motto Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow

Hi lissy, I'm another newbie who€™s just started Session One. Exciting, isn't it? Too new to advise on the diary entries, but I'm sure lots of others will. Unlike you I get anxiety attacks at home, and one of the things that causes them is thoughts of going outside. Sometimes I master the fear and go, sometimes I don't €“ but Session One€™s right in that, when you don€™t, the relief is short lived. The most telling bit to me in S1 was Problem 3 - The more you fear and avoid, the less you like yourself. How true. But that€™s why we€™re doing the programme, right? To beat it and control our lives? Congratulations and good luck!!

Hi the Guides of this site will be able to help you better than me on that one but congratulations on starting the Session. You still have to fill in the forms on a daily basis even if you don't have an attack because it wants to know your level of depression and anxiety everyday and your thoughts etc. Good luck

just started session one today on the panic program. not sure on the homework. it tells you to write down in your panic diary when you have a attack, but i don't really have them as i don't really go outside. any ideas? has anyone else just started?
