ICL, so glad you threw them out. I am fairly new to this as well. What i have found that helps me is I made a fake cigarette and hold between my fingers about 90% of the day. LOL even stuffed it with cotton so inhaling more natural:) hang in there ,they keep saying "It will get easier". I do truly believe it will. Judi

Then you are doing great. Their are members here that have quit with smoking partners and have stayed smoke free, so it can be done.
What I may suggest, it you wear a rubber band around your wrist when you are home and when you are tempted give the rubber band a snap. I did that and it helped. SNAP OUR OF IT :eg:
