Just coming off the NRT? Well that certainly could cause some increase in cravings. I have quit using the patch, and I have relapsed when I have come off it...more than once. Careful here Elaine. This is cold turkey now, and you should treat this as if it were hell week. Having a cigarette in your hand would be too close for me. Stay close to this site.
