ICL, I know you aren't feeling the good times yet, but hang on because it does get so much better. No, you won't have to fight like this forever. Take some deep breaths and a drink of cold water. Or suck on a straw (that saved my butt lots!)
You have made it two weeks, that is great! Don't give it up now, you are through the worst part of it.
All the fighting, all the feeling crappy, all the mental anguish, and all the depression goes away. It is all a temporary phase!
Keep telling yourself this..."It will be better tomorrow!" Because it will!
I used to tell myself, if it is so awful that I can't stand it then I will allow myself to smoke tomorrow. Look at my stats, that tomorrow never came, it was always better!
Many of us had the crying spells the first few weeks, myself included. I got the blues alot too, and found that Vitamin B complex helps with that.
Hang on to it girl! You are going to be so proud. Don't look back at that pesticide, that we got tricked into smoking, it will do nothing for you, but kill you! Keep on posting with us!
