Hey Gang!
I'm still doing pretty good on my 3rd day. I found a new trigger last night while watching our university's womens basketball game on TV. It looked like they were high schoolers and nothing was going right for them. Of course my cravings were going through the roof at the time! And of course as a true fan you just cannot turn the channel! :) I USED to head for the garage and light up to calm down when our team looks like crap!
Well, that was then and this is now. I ate a couple of chips and peanuts, had a couple of long drinks of my beer, a couple of deep breaths and things were better!!! I keep reminding myself that I DO NOT SMOKE... I AM A NON-SMOKER!!! I will just have to use different methods of coping with stress about important things, like our team getting whooped!!! ;p Gotta keep fighting that demon, eh!!!!
On another note, I thought I sent out a thread yesterday requesting info on where I can find my Passport. In my program it says to check my passport frequently, but for the life of me I can't seem to locate it!!! I can't find the thread I sent either!! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!
Keep the fire in your eyes!!!
Jim
