.... they don't have to stop after a few weeks! Early in my quit, I think it was the rewards, big or small, that kept me going. Tomorrow, I will be taking a week's holiday, a big reward in itself. However, I no longer NEED this reward to help me stay quit, but what I do know is, if I was still smoking, I would not be able to afford it!
