I decided to drop by my old stomping grounds today. I don't recognize too many of my old 'Smober" friends, see a lot of new faces. I came to this site back in 2005 when I quit for myself on my 50th birthday. Well I almost 53 (June) and still not smoking!! I've had my share of rough weather so to say but still did not want to pick up that cigarette.
Anyone out there that is just now starting their new life smoke free, kudos!!! It can be done, one day at a time, it can be done. I am proof! In just a few days I will have 1000 smoke free days under my belt, unbelievable.
Please, just believe in yourself. It will happen if you want it to. You need to be determined and as we have always said NOPE (not one puff ever)!
Congratulations everyone and welcome to a new non=smoking life! It IS wonderful.
